Yovani García

Yovani Garcia obtained a degree from Florida International University College of Business Administration, after which he spent several years providing auditing and management consulting services, including an extended stint with one of the "Big Four" accounting firms, Ernst and Young. Having traveled the world during this period of time and acquiring valuable experience in every aspect of the business spectrum, it was suggested to him that he give the world of real estate a shot. He entered this world in 2005 and has never looked back!

Mr. Garcia's first association was with Related Cervera Realty Services, where he remained until making the natural transition to Cervera Real Estate (CRE) in 2011. He is fascinated by the variety of professional experiences and exposure which a career in real estate affords him; no two days are ever the same; no two clients are ever the same; there is truly never a dull moment. With CRE, an international marketplace on the cutting edge of the real estate evolution in South Florida, he feels fortunate to have found the ideal place to have brought his business knowledge and acumen, combined with his international experience, toward a mutually successful partnership.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Mr. Garcia has spent most of his life in Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish. He is a sales manager with CRE, specializing in both residential and commercial properties in the Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Coral Gables areas for both domestic and international customers.
